Boarding
In addition to Basic board, Full Service, Full Training and Lay-Up Board is available. 

Included in board:
Turn out will be tailored to each horses needs, up to 24 hours when possible, with a minimum of 4 hours.
Personal philosophy - The outside of a barn is the best thing for the inside of a horse.
Turn-out either individually or in small groups, per your preference.
Blankets will be changed according to weather.
Woody Pet bedding used exclusively (wood pellet – super absorbent/low dust).
Top quality grain “Triple Crown” will be fed twice daily.
Supplements provided by you will be given per your instruction. Preferably SmartPak.
Top quality Orchard Grass, Timothy hay or pasture available at all times.
Late Night check with additional hay if needed. 

Available, but not included in board:
Bring your own trainer (must have proof of insurance).
Lunging/Training rides available for a fee.
Show Prep available for a fee (clipping/braiding.)
Trailering to shows/clinic/vet for a fee with advance notice.
Grooming can also be arranged for a small fee.



Barn Details:
Indoor Arena - 70'X152'
Large 5'x8' sliding windows for added ventilation.
14' X 16' sliding doors on short end walls for exceptional cross ventilation.
6 foot clear panel on circumference of upper wall for enhanced natural lighting.
Professionally installed, sand footing for multiple disciplines.
Four foot kickboard around the interior of arena for added safety.
Asphalt shingle roof with additional soundproofing materials for a quiet ride regardless of weather.
Outdoor Arena – 150'x180' sand footing, full course of jumps.

Barn - 12 stall barn with rubber mats
Stalls have large 3' windows or Dutch Doors.
5 stalls have access to small individual paddocks.
Hot/cold water in wash stall.
Insulated/heated boarder tack room.
Property - 8 acre farm surrounded by 3 rail post & slip board fence or non-climb fence.
6 pastures and numerous paddocks.
8 additional acres available for turn-out with four rail stud fencing (installed 2005) divided into two large pastures.
